 CCLR-A (Carbon)
Carbon Clam-shell Luff Receptacle
The CCLR-A has been designed specifically for use with a bolt-rope mainsail. Racing yachts classes like RC44 and TP52 are using CCLR-A036 receptacles with C-T Sailbattens.

Tough outer shells made of carbon fibre fit on either side of the sail to hold the batten in place. A soft plastic insert fits inside the batten pocket. The bolt rope is sewn in place onto the plastic insert and sail. The CCLR is also available in a non-adjusting version (CCLR036).
